Autumn 2023 : Vincent van Gogh

This van Gogh high tea draws inspiration from various works during his lifetime. We try to imitate the works and reimagine what they would have tasted like using seasonal ingredients. This set is designed to be eaten in chronological order and therefore takes the diner on a journey that plays with sweet and savoury dishes.
