Reservations

Reservation options are as follows:

  • Afternoon Tea and A La Carte bookings are available. Please note that for AfternoonTea, the entire table must participate. Walk-ins are welcome for A La Carte only.

  • For groups of more than 8 people, kindly contact us via phone or email to arrange your reservation in our function room.

  • We offer a separate function room accommodating up to 20 guests. Feel free to inquire about booking this space.

Regarding dietary needs and allergens:

  • All our menu items are halal by default - we use halal beef-derived gelatine and meat where needed.

  • We can accommodate vegetarian, pescatarian, pregnancy-safe and nut-free (with traces) requirements - and other minor allergies. 

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer egg-free, gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free options for our high tea.

  • Please be aware that our kitchen handles all foods, so traces of allergens may be present.

For families with children:

  • We do not provide high chairs.

  • The Kid's AfternoonTea is tailored for children up to 12 years old.

Seating:

  • Duration: Afternoon Tea experiences typically last 115 minutes, with an 85-minute option available - there is no price or menu difference, the only distinction is the dining period. A La Carte seating is allotted a 75-minute duration.

  • Please ensure all members arrive together and on time to be seated.

Minimum spend, cancellation policy & pre orders:

  • Afternoon Tea bookings require each guest to order one set and the whole table to participate.

  • A la carte dining has a minimum spend of $20 per person. Each table is limited to one order of the sweet and savoury petit fours.

  • Our change and cancellation policy is 24 hours. All changes and cancellations must be made 24 hours prior, otherwise your card will be charged.

  • It is strongly recommended to pre-order a la carte items to avoid disappointment, as some items may sell out. A la carte items, just like our high tea, are seasonal. As such, they will not be offered for bookings made outside the timeframe of the current season's menu.

Additional details:

  • Our current menu, from Buzz to Bite, is available from 15th November to 31st March 2025.

  • A surcharge of 5% on Saturdays, 7.5% on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays.

  • To ensure every guest has a pleasant experience, please be mindful of your noise levels.

  • e-Giftcards can be purchased online. Gift cards can be purchased in customer amounts. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any leftover credit can be used at a later time.

  • If using a gift card, please book as usual and present it upon arrival. If you do not wish to leave your card details, your gift voucher will be redeemed automatically if in breach of our cancellation policy.

  • Please note that we exclusively accept card payments; cash is not accepted. Your card will not be charged in advance; payment is made in full at the venue.

Upon finalising your booking, all these terms and conditions are accepted.
