Summer 2022-23 : Nature Set

Inspired by the numerous hikes our pastry chef had during the lockdowns.

This set celebrates the various natural elements you may find while hiking at different Melbourne locations. The high tea incorporated seasonal ingredients that are available during summer. The set featured two savoury dishes to start with, five sweet dishes and ends with three dark chocolate ones.
